The hotel room felt more like an army barracks than a typical hotel room, with unattractive furniture and painted cinder block walls. However, it was very clean, similar to a UK Travel Lodge, equipped with Satellite TV and a King Size bed, making it better than most other hotels I've stayed in before in Amsterdam. The lack of air conditioning was a downside, and having windows that could remain closed would have been preferable.

The hotel is more like an army barracks than a hotel room, with ugly furniture, no A/C, and painted cinder block walls. However, the staff was really nice, and thank you to the housekeeping lady for cleaning. It was our first time in the area. The maze-like layout of the rooms could use air conditioning to keep the windows closed.
